EcoFleet Scan tool – to activate gas vehicle uptake

EcoFleet Scan tool is a software that carries out environmental and economical comparisons between selected vehicles fleet and corresponding (bio)gas vehicles fleets. The software has a database with about 10,000 commercial vehicles. The database can be edited and modified, by entering new vehicles or editing each vehicle's parameters. Each vehicle in a given fleet is automatically associated with an alternative vehicle with better performances (environmental and economic) available in the database.

Alternative vehicles are extracted on environmental performance basis in a 6 steps recursive algorithm:

- Less CO2 than current fleet vehicles

- Less fuel consumption (on mixed path)

- Same number of seats or higher

- Same commercial segment (city car, luxury, van, commercial etc.)

- Same horsepower or higher

A final report shows the results of the fleet analysis. It provides also an economic analysis between original fleet and alternative fleet.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLATION

Download and unzip the .zip file in a new folder
run setup.exe As administrator

After installation you will find the ecofleetscan icon in the program menu.
IMPORTANT: THE FIRST TIME RUN ECOFLEETSCAN AS ADMINISTRATOR

Ecofleetscan requires Microsfot .Net package installed in your computer to run properly. .Net should be already installed in most Win7 and Vista PC and laptops.
If the right version of .Net is not present in your computer, the installation procedure will automatically retrieve it from the net and install it.
This may take some time.
Make sure your computer is connected to internet during installation.
